SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION OF THE CITY OF NIS 
AND THE ASSOCIATION OF SOUTH EAST EUROPEAN NGOS - CIVIS

In order to establish a more permanent form of cooperation and aware of ideas and goals to which realization they advocate for, Ms. Mirjana Prljević International Secretary General of Association CIVIS and Mr. Milos Simonovic, Mayor of the city of Nis signed today Memorandum of Understanding. The Memorandum states that both partners will provide support to the implementation of ongoing projects and will cooperate in the implementation of joint actions to promote the highest civilization and European values. The support is particularly rekated to international cooperation, especially in relation to the preparation of the celebration of the Jubilee 1700 years of the Edict of Milan. Along with timely information on project activities in the field of cooperation in the European integration process and the publication of all relevant activities on the web sites of these two partners, very successful collaboration is expected. Consultative meetings as an integral part of this agreement shall be held to coordinate and determine directions for future cooperation.
